Here's how it works:
WE'LL MARKET EVENTS AND TAG YOUR VENUE EVERY TIME!
We will get the word out by including the pre-selected event dates on our website calendar, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, InlandArts.com, Chamber of Commerce, ShopInMenifee.com, Yelp, Menifee Buzz, Friday Flyer and other community "Things to Do" sites and more.
We will place your venue links to our website "Venue Event" page and we'll ask to be included on your event site calendar too. We can also provide printed bulletin announcements for your establishment as well so that your customers can become aware of upcoming events.
During the events, we will encourage the guest to purchase refreshments and appetizers from your venue.
WHAT WE NEED TO GET IT SET!
Tables and chairs (non-booth) for 30+ guests (we'll cover tables with plastic liners).
12 to 40 guests can fit into 300 to 450 square foot space. (party room, patio, public relations room, etc.)
Good lighting, care free floors, sink/water, one electrical outlet
1 or 2 refreshment servers to bring the drinks!
4.5 hour access from set to clean up. (sometimes less)
SCHEDULING WITH US!
We'd like to get each session booked out 3 to 4 weeks to allow adequate, targeted marketing in your area. Our events are hosted during the evening and weekends and we would love to set up regular dates to make it easier for clients to remember our rotation. We will definitely contact you 24 hours before the event to update the enrollment status. We will cancel at that time if enrollment is too low.
All events are approximately 2.5 hours. We arrive 1 hour ahead of time to set up and register folks and will need an hour after for clean up.
WE WILL LEAVE YOUR PLACE SPIC AND SPAN - NO FUSS NO MUSS!!!
