Team work and happy employees are a good recipe for a thriving business. Sip and Paint events are a fun and creative way to bond your staff. Give us a call so that we can help you create a Sip and Paint event that your employees will rave about!
Here’s How it Works
- $35.00 per painter
- 50 guests minimum (40 to 74 miles from our location 92570)
- (***OUT OF AREA: 75 - 100 miles from 92570 requires a minimum guest count of 100 people. All fees must be submitted to Paint Hives Studio one month ahead of the scheduled event).
- 5% discount for all teams of 150 or more!
- Requires business entity registration
- $1700.00 DEPOSIT TO BOOK YOUR EVENT.
- NON REFUNDABLE AFTER 48 HOURS. Reschedule within 30 days of initial payment.
- Requires 20 day lead time before party.
- Full balance is due 10 days before the event. (except for out-of-town events)
- Submit the balance of invoice 10 days before your event.
- At your venue or place of business: please supply chairs, tables, good lighting, running water, and refreshments or it can be BYOB (at your discretion).
- We show up one or two hours early to set up and we'll need one hour to clean up.
Initial payment:
- This payment is non refundable after 48 hours of booking.
- Store credit can be issued for reschedule.
- Rescheduled event must occur within 30 days.

Mobile paint events Include:
- FREE raffle tickets, games and gifts to win!
- All art supply and aprons.
- 2 to 3 hours of instruction with a professional artist/college instructor.
- Travel Fees Apply
Travel Fees 0 - $60+
- $50 travel fee 5 to 30 miles. From 92570
- $60 travel fee 31 to 50 miles. From 92570
- Additional $2.00 per mile for events more than 51 miles away from 92570
- OUT-OF-STATE EVENTS BY QUOTE
Overtime Fees $25+
- For each half hour of additional time with your party.
Reschedule Fees $75
for each time that you reschedule your event.
Custom Painting Fees $50
We can create a custom painting of your choice using a photo or simple sketch of your idea. We will simplify the recreation for everyone to easily paint it. But check out our gallery first to see if you find anything you would like to paint.
